Juan - Office Manager

Juan, Dr. Fang’s surgical assistant, holds a DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) degree. Having graduated from Passaic County Technical School, he further honed his expertise by obtaining his DMD at UNIBE in the Dominican Republic.

However, Juan’s dedication extends beyond the confines of his profession as he actively participates in numerous outreach programs aimed at addressing the dental needs of underserved communities. Recently, Juan had the privilege to collaborate with the Medical Students of America for various charitable initiatives, allowing him to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

In his previous roles as a surgical assistant, Juan has excelled as the lead assistant, where he not only provided invaluable support but also guided and trained others across all dental specialties. Furthermore, it is worth noting that Juan is certified in providing Basic Life Support – an essential skill set that ensures patient safety under any circumstances.
